So why are they allowed to troll in 8 ball room ?, they seldom play,yet they are allowed to flood this room with their incessant pointless rubbish chat,that has NOTHING to do with 8 ball.

As far as I'm aware, the only French speaking Moderator is 'Translator'.  The French rooms were better moderated when they had a few Mods who could speak French, since FOD is declining, as has the number of Moderators.

The problem is that rooms with a specific target language/nation are usually empty. For example, there are some French rooms in Chess, our most popular game, but there aren't any players in them.
