Hi there, 

I finished 3rd in the snooker tournament on 17th January, so should have received VIP for 4 days. I appreciate these can take a day or so to come through, but 4 days have passed now and still no VIP; I'm wondering if it's going to come at all? Never taken more than a couple of days for me in the past.
