I think the headline is self-explanatory, anyways I have been thinking that will be really useful to give us the option to mute rude or cheaters through the info page, let me put a brief example, some players tend to harass you or insult you and leave the room quickly, I think it will help us to mute them and avoid future issues since report them is not always a useful option, I rather mute them, so please add this additional feature as soon as possible, it is more than necessary.

We already have a mute button, why not make it a permanent mute button? And a muted player should be automatically blocked from entering your games. Or make an eject button in games so you click on the nick and hit eject. Then it's sayōnarar harasser.

No, otherwise it will be abused by cheaters. If you have a problem with someone watching your game, then the best thing you can do is hit “Please Keep Quiet” button before they even enter. That way you don’t even have to know who it is, since their nick is hidden.
