Please restart your router or cable modem and clear your browser's cache.
You may also try to connect with a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox for example.

If this doesn't help I'd suggest getting in touch with your Internet Service Provider to have your Internet checked. 
And if you are playing on a mobile device, please avoid crowded hotspots near train stations or other public areas.
