It may take some time. Everything has to be checked by the moderators
and it is important not to respond but only to report a player.

There is a so called autoMod that reacts automatically to bad words and there are the human moderators who check hundreds of reports every day. This may take some time. 
Like I said: never retaliate. Report and mute.
