Dear Admin.. Something wrong. The snooker server is not connected middle of games.Just today I lost a lots of points cuz your server is not working good. Thats happend 10 times the last 2 days. My internet is working perfect . Soooo.....Whats going on????

Hello Ziggy Marley, There haven't been any server problems. But looking at your game history, you seem to suffer from a lot of disconnections! I suggest running internet tests at home or have your internet checked by your Internet Service Provider. Here are a few things you can try yourself: ° Restart your router or cable modem. ° Clear your browser cache. If you don't know how to do this, you can Google it. Instructions are available for each browser. ° Try signing in with another browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, etc. Kind regards, John
I tried everything. but the server disconnected I lost 200 point .Middle of a frame.....just disconnected. I have a new antivirus killer.. Maybe that is the problem? what can I do? Firefox-TILT,Edge-TILT,Chrome-TILT.So???? I play 7 years and never had a same problem.

Hello Ziggy Marley, Yes your new anti virus software can very well be the cause! To test whether it improves your connection, try temporarily disabling it. Best regards, John
